Transferring technologies from other industries for the development and production of medical devices, taking into account the list of critical and cross-cutting technologies, is a complex, comprehensive, and costly process. However, overcoming existing barriers to market entry and addressing the challenges of increasing the efficiency of technology transfer will allow healthcare to implement and master high-tech developments at the lowest cost and in the shortest possible time.

In this regard, it is important for all participants in technology transfer in the medical industry to adhere to uniform principles and methods.

The article examines the main approaches to intersectoral transfer and implementation of innovations of the Center for Transfer of Medical Technologies of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Scientific Center for Examination of Medical Devices” of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, proposes schemes and methodological materials for use, and reveals practical cases.

Studying practical experience in technology transfer will be useful for representatives of the scientific community, as well as for medical professionals, entrepreneurs, and government agencies interested in developing an innovative ecosystem in the healthcare sector.

Atherosclerosis is the leading cause of death from cardiovascular disease. Existing treatment methods do not provide a complete solution to the problem, which requires the development of innovative approaches. The most promising direction is the study of the effectiveness of coronary stents with nanocomposite coating in the treatment of atherosclerotic lesions of the coronary arteries: their impact on thrombus formation and restenosis processes, as well as biocompatibility and long-term effectiveness.

The article presents the results of a study demonstrating the potential of using nanocomposite-coated stents to reduce the risk of thrombus formation and restenosis. The advantages of this method compared to traditional approaches to treatment are shown.

The practical significance of the work lies in the development of new approaches to the surgical treatment of atherosclerosis, which can increase the effectiveness of myocardial revascularization and improve the prognosis for patients with coronary heart disease.
