Dear colleagues! The fourth issue of the 2024 of the "Vestnik Roszdravnadzora" journal has been published. This issue presents the second article in a series of publications on improving mechanisms that accelerate the pace of technological development and import substitution in the real sector of the economy. This article examines the specifics of industry legislation in the implementation of federal offset contracts. The implementation of this type of contract helps reduce the share of imported goods in domestic consumption and ensures the development of essential infrastructure in the pharmaceutical industry, thereby guaranteeing the stability and availability of essential goods, works, and services.

The issue also includes publications on quality control, safety, and accessibility of medical care; drug provision; medical personnel training; and other areas, including international experience: colleagues from Uzbekistan presented a model for the development and implementation of a national system of good practices in the pharmaceutical industry.
